WE SCREEN FOR ALIGNMENT

We’re looking for:

  • emotional maturity and a drive to grow

  • curiosity, ambition and a hunger for challenges

  • optimism and grit under stress

  • the ability to stay grounded when plans go sideways

  • people who co-create and take initiative. Not passengers

Vibe matters. Energy matters.
We take this seriously because one wrong energy can tank everything.

WE ACTUALLY TALK

We set up a video call together.
Not to interrogate you.
To feel the human, the vibe, to see if we’re aligned.

We wanna get to know you, we want you to get to know us.
And we want to set the right expectations for the trip and the community so you know exactly what you’re signing up for.
This is where we know if we’d happily be stuck with you when the toilet breaks.
And vice versa.

We explain to you what the idea is for the trip, what we envision.
We wanna hear how you’d make it better.
We wanna know how you’d make it yours.

We’ve done 10 minute calls, and 2.5 hour calls.
If we vibe, it just flows and it will be an easy yes.
And for us it’s either a “hell yes I wanna be best friends with this person”, or it’s a no.

WE BUILD THE CREW

This is the part no one sees.
Here’s where we match the group to you and to each other.

We keep recruiting the right people.
We look at chemistry, complementary energy, who balances who.
Who would hold space at 4am and who would make bad jokes to break the tension.

This takes time.
We’re basically casting a band, group dynamics are the magic.
Whether it takes 2 months or 2 years, we won’t compromise.

THE TRIP COMES TOGETHER

Now it gets juicy.
When we have found enough right people to launch an adventure, we let everyone know.

Now we start talking about dates. We figure out what works best for most.
We get hyped and we start really planning the adventure in detail.
Together.
We want co-creation energy, we wanna do this with you.
We wanna make it a bit yours. We wanna see what your crazy ideas are.

We wanna turn it into OUR dream adventure.

That’s the system.

It’s slower.
And it’s the reason our trips don’t feel like group trips.
