Three weeks. Nine riders.
One moving coworking space

ride the roads of unpredictability and adventure with a handpicked group of
9 bold, ambitious remote working nomads.

forge lifelong bonds through
dirt and fuck ups.

The vision for this
trip?

  • 3 weeks riding Mongolia’s countryside

  • Tents, weather, detours, and problem-solving

  • 9 riders and ambitious professionals

  • Fully off-grid co-working set up with Starlink

  • fire-cooked meals, built together

  • BOnds forged in discomfort

we’ll ride, camp, cowork, and let Mongolia set the pace.

It’s nine riders, three weeks, and a simple rhythm: ride through wide open country, build our coworking space, get a solid block of work in, set up camp, cook over fire. Some nights we pitch our own tents. Other nights we’ll stay with locals in gers. We connect fast. Not because we try, but because the environment does it for us.

We build out temporary coworking base.

We set up a proper work tent with desks and chairs so that you don’t have to compromise on you productivity. High speed internet through multiple Starlink connections.
Work still happens, just in a place that feels very far from “normal.”

we co-create the experience as we go.

The plan is a framework, not a script. We’ve done the prep, and built the structure, but none of us has done this Mongolia ride before. That’s part of the point.
We all adjust to weather, terrain, energy, and whatever gets in our way. Between riding and work, we’ll run workshops, productivity games, and connection rituals, plus the spontaneous stuff you can’t schedule: a wrong turn, a storm rolling in, a shared meal over fire, a night that turns into a conversation you don’t forget.

You won’t find “retreat vibes” here.
You’ll find shared effort, a lot of problem-solving, and a kind of connection that rarely forms in comfortable environments.

This Tribe is Not
for Everyone

And that’s the point

Why are we so choosy?

‘Cause we’re not here for the WiFi password and overpriced lattes.
Connection, for us, means pushing a jeep out of the mud, laughing through flat tyres, and hauling gear across rivers.

Summer rolls around, and suddenly you’re coworking in one of our bases in the Swedish forest, hiking, water skiing, and battling friends over meatball competitions.
Winter hits, and the crew’s plotting an escape to Colombia, dirt biking through jungles, kayaking mangrove rivers, and hitting pub crawls on horseback.

Got what it takes? Send us your application.

I want to be selected!

who will be riding?

the kind who build their
businesses in between puddle strokes

The motorcycles are filled with purpose-driven founders, innovative creators, daring entrepreneurs and big-thinkers.

We’re the ones making our passions a reality in our muddy hiking boots. We’re the ones masterminding about scaling in between puddle strokes, our laptops in dry bags.

You won’t find broke backpackers chasing the next $1 Tequila shot, regretful tattoos and hostel drama.
We chase purpose over paychecks and use every mile to level up our skills, sharpen our minds, and rewrite the rules of what success looks like.
