we’ll colive, cowork, and let the ocean decide the pace
For roughly three weeks we share one classic sailing boat, ten crew members, two experienced skippers, and a very small amount of personal space.
We rotate watch shifts, keep the boat moving, fix what breaks, and get to know each other fast.
Showers? Sometimes. Comfort? Not the point.
This is the once in a lifetime kind of trip you get to experience together.
we’ll co create the experience.
Between sailing and watch rotations, we keep real life going:
We will have multiple Starlinks on board (used for work only) making it possible to keep our productive days going.
With ten ambitious people in close quarters, productivity becomes contagious.
When work time is over we close our laptops and get back to the sea, the boat and each other.
We’ll run crew-led workshops, mastermind, and growth sessions. Plus productivity challanges and connection games that keep the group strong.
And of course we will have plenty of room for the spontaneous fun you can’t plan
Life at sea.
The plan is a framework, not a script, and the ocean always gets a vote.
When we’re not working, we’re not “killing time.” We’re living on the boat, together. That’s where the bond forms: in the small responsibilities, the cramped moments, the laughter, and the quiet.
You won’t find comfort-travel energy here.
You’ll find shared effort, real teamwork, and connection that comes from doing the day properly. And it’s not all “doing.”
There’s a lot of being, too. Sunrise and sunset on deck, stargazing, music, books, quiet time, and long conversations that happen naturally when there’s nowhere else to rush to.

This Tribe is Not
for Everyone
And that’s the point
Why are we so choosy?
‘Cause we’re not here for the WiFi password and overpriced lattes.
Connection, for us, means pushing a jeep out of the mud, laughing through flat tyres, and hauling gear across rivers.
Summer rolls around, and suddenly you’re coworking in one of our bases in the Swedish forest, hiking, water skiing, and battling friends over meatball competitions.
Winter hits, and the crew’s plotting an escape to Colombia, dirt biking through jungles, kayaking mangrove rivers, and hitting pub crawls on horseback.
Got what it takes? Send us your application.
who will be SAILING?
the kind who build their
businesses in between puddle strokes
The boat will be filled with purpose-driven founders, innovative creators, daring entrepreneurs and big-thinkers.
We’re the ones making our passions a reality in our muddy hiking boots. We’re the ones masterminding about scaling in between puddle strokes, our laptops in dry bags.
You won’t find broke backpackers chasing the next $1 Tequila shot, regretful tattoos and hostel drama.
We chase purpose over paychecks and use every mile to level up our skills, sharpen our minds, and rewrite the rules of what success looks like.
